Cosmic Sauce was inspired by my desire to help my wife enjoy food again.

My wife has food sensitivities and wasn’t enjoying eating anymore. We had always enjoyed cooking and eating together. When Ana’s food sensitivities became such that she couldn’t eat the foods she enjoyed, I decided something had to be done. I asked for help and inspiration and voila… spirit came through and Cosmic Sauce was born.

For years we shared it with friends, who quickly became addicted and asked for some to take home. Now after years of sharing Cosmic Sauce with our growing list of friends, we decided to share it with the larger world. We love seeing the faces of our friends who are sensitive to dairy when they panic just a little bit after their first bite… because it tastes so creamy they can’t believe it’s dairy free.
